We the people of Ketegaunseebee (including Garden River FN and Batchewana FN) are meeting to implement the governance structures and policies of our ancestors regarding our relationship with the cannabis plant. We call for the people of Ketegaunseebee who grow, trade and consume the cannabis plant to join our biannual gathering to exert our own jurisdiction and secure our own right to benefit from this useful plant in our unceded homelands.
